Symptoms, patterns, emotions, beliefs, relationships and stress can all become part of the story your body is carrying. BodyTalk gives us a structured way to listen for what your system is prioritizing — and what it may be ready to reorganize.
I use BodyTalk with adults, during fertility and pregnancy, postpartum, and with babies, children and families.
BodyTalk is a consciousness-based body-mind modality that uses a yes/no biofeedback process to help determine what the system is prioritizing in a session. Rather than deciding in advance what should be worked on, I follow the sequence the body-mind indicates.
Think of it like a software update for the body-mind. We are not telling your body what to do. We are helping it become aware of outdated patterns so it can reorganize and respond in a way that better fits what is happening now.
Pain, tension, fatigue, digestion, sleep, recovery, movement patterns and the way stress is showing up physically.
Beliefs, emotions, stress responses, memories, identity, reactivity and the patterns that keep repeating even when you understand them intellectually.
Family patterns, relationships, boundaries, belonging, life transitions and the ways your environment may be influencing your system.
Fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum integration, prenatal connection and sessions where the process directs us specifically to baby.
You do not need to know the root cause before you arrive. You can bring a symptom, a situation, a relationship, an emotion, a pregnancy concern — or simply the sense that something is off.
The session follows the body-mind’s priorities rather than forcing a predetermined agenda.
We begin with what is present and use BodyTalk’s yes/no biofeedback process to follow the system’s direction.
The session may connect physical structures, emotions, beliefs, memories, relationships, environmental stressors or other aspects of the body-mind.
The goal is greater awareness and integration — creating the conditions for the system to respond differently rather than repeatedly running the same pattern.
During pregnancy, I remain curious about both mother and baby. Through BodyTalk’s yes/no biofeedback process, we can ask questions and follow the system’s direction — including when it directs us specifically to baby.
This is not fetal assessment and it does not replace prenatal or medical care. It is part of the consciousness-based framework I use to explore connection, stress, experience and the patterns showing up around pregnancy and birth.
Pregnancy is one part of my practice, not the limit of it. BodyTalk sessions are also available for adults, babies, children and families outside the perinatal period.
Sometimes the work begins with pain or a symptom. Sometimes it begins with anxiety, a relationship pattern, grief, a life transition, a child’s behaviour or something you cannot quite put into words.
BodyTalk is complementary care. I do not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or replace medical, mental-health or other licensed care. A diagnosis can tell us something important about your body. It does not tell us everything about your experience.
Bring what is showing up now. We can begin there.
