Birth cannot be completely controlled. But you can prepare your body, your support system, your communication and your capacity to stay connected to yourself as circumstances change.
My role is not to make birth follow a plan. It is to help you stay connected to your own authority while we respond to what is actually happening.
That can mean helping you understand what your body is doing, supporting movement and positioning, helping your partner know how to support you, making space for questions when recommendations change, and helping you stay in the conversation with your care team.
I trust birth physiology deeply — and I also respect pathology, complexity and the times when medical care is genuinely needed.
You do not need to know which package fits before we talk. Conscious Birth Transformation is my signature offer. If you join me later in pregnancy, Prep’d focuses our time on the preparation still possible. A separate, fully immersive Elite experience is available by private inquiry.
My signature pregnancy-to-postpartum support: prenatal BodyTalk, Body Ready Method® assessment and preparation, private birth preparation, advocacy and team training, infant sleep education, birth support and postpartum integration.
For women joining later in pregnancy, typically from 30 weeks, when there is not enough time for the full Transformation journey. We focus the time we have on BodyTalk, personalised body preparation, birth education, advocacy, planning and the birth support you choose.
For families seeking an extraordinary level of continuity and presence, my private All-In Elite experience includes expanded support throughout pregnancy and an immersive month around the birth, with daily nesting and preparation support, on-call birthkeeping and early postpartum care. Details and investment are discussed privately. I do not offer birth support as a stand-alone practical service. If we are going to work together through birth, mind-body preparation is part of the relationship. That always includes BodyTalk and Body Ready Method® work. The educational and advocacy pieces can be tailored to the woman in front of me — a multiparous mother who already understands birth, interventions and decision-making may not need the same level of practical preparation as a first-time mother. The deeper preparation is not an add-on to my work — it is part of how I understand and support the whole person, the baby and the experience. If that kind of work is not a fit for you, I may not be the right birthkeeper for you, and that is okay.
We work with breath, movement, positioning, nervous-system regulation, environment, partner support and communication as the birth changes. When a recommendation is made, I can help you slow the moment down enough to understand what is being proposed, what questions you have, and how you want to participate.
Supporting physiology does not mean refusing intervention. Conscious birth is not defined by whether the birth is unmedicated, vaginal, induced, transferred or surgical.
Body and movement preparation, birth education, preferences and planning, partner preparation, advocacy skills and support for fears or patterns that may be showing up before birth.
Continuous support through labour and birth, including movement, comfort, environment, communication, changing circumstances and practical support for your partner.
Early postpartum support, birth debrief and integration, recovery planning, feeding and sleep foundations where appropriate, and helping you make sense of the transition rather than pretending birth ends when the baby arrives.
I support your participation. I do not make medical decisions for you.
I do not diagnose, prescribe, replace your midwife or physician, determine whether a symptom is medically significant, or guarantee a particular birth outcome. BodyTalk is complementary care. Advocacy means helping you understand recommendations, ask useful questions, consider risks, benefits, alternatives and timing, and stay involved in decisions about your own care.
My work can sit alongside hospital birth, home birth, induction, epidural, transfer or Caesarean birth. The goal is not a specific type of birth. The goal is that you remain a participant in your own experience.
You do not need to choose a package before reaching out. Tell me where you are in pregnancy, what you are concerned about and what kind of support you want around the birth. We can work out the right level of care together.
