You do not need to arrive knowing whether you need BodyTalk, birth preparation, structural support, advocacy, postpartum integration or something else. A consultation is a place to talk about what is happening now, what matters to you and what kind of support would actually fit.
We can look at where you are in the journey, what you have already tried, what feels unresolved and whether my work is the right match.
You might be trying to conceive and wondering whether BodyTalk could support what is coming up. You may be pregnant and wanting help with connection, fear, discomfort, structural preparation or decision-making. You may be approaching birth and want clearer preparation, advocacy support or someone beside you through labour. Or birth may already be over and you are trying to make sense of what happened, recover physically, support your baby or find your footing in postpartum.
You do not need to sort yourself into a service category before we speak.
The point is not to fit you into the biggest package. It is to understand what you actually need. Sometimes that is one focused session. Sometimes it is a combination of BodyTalk, structural preparation and education. Sometimes it is a longer relationship through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
And sometimes I may tell you that another practitioner or service would serve you better.
Birth support with me is a deeper relationship. BodyTalk and BRM-informed mind-body preparation are part of that work, even when the educational or advocacy pieces are customized because you have already birthed before.
If you are considering having me beside you through birth, the consultation is also a chance for us to feel into whether the relationship is a fit in both directions.
You do not have to book a consultation just to prove you are ready. If you already know you want an individual BodyTalk session, a structural birth preparation assessment or another clearly defined service, you can go directly to booking.
The consultation is there when the path is less obvious.
Bring the questions, the uncertainty, the history and the pieces that do not quite fit together yet. We can start there.
